I have been very pleased with Ring Central since signing up a couple of months ago. It allows my business to successfully operate while on the go instead of babysitting a fax machine waiting on requests.
However, in the past couple of weeks, clients have reported that they sent faxes and I didn't receive the notification via email (as I have set up in my profile). This causes a huge problem as I run a transportation company and we receive all requests via fax. A few missed faxes could be the start of the demise of my business.
As I was looking in the message tab of my account, I see several faxes that were received but I never received notification (via email) of them. I am also going through looking for faxes that customers say they sent and some are just not there.
If someone could please give me a fix for this problem, I would certainly appreciate it. (Well I guess one problem is solved; I will not check my daily faxes from the message tab on my account, but I still need a solution for the missing faxes)
