If a call comes in on line 1 and we're about to transfer it, then a call comes in on line 2 - we only have two options - put the 1st call on hold and answer the 2nd call; or ignore the 2nd call. Is there any way around this, other than to put 1st call on hold, answer 2nd call and ask them to hold, go back to 1st call and transfer, then back to 2nd call? Is there any way at all to complete transfer on 1st call before answering 2nd call?
