Programming a new polycom vvx-410

I just received a Polycom VVX-410. Is there a way to program the side keys? I want to add favorites. I was able to access the phone through the web configurator, but the default admin password 456 does not work. The user password works, and i can get into that scree, but changes are not allowed. Any thoughts would be helpful.

request your admin password from Ringcentral. That's what we did.

Thanks. That's what I did. They are "unlocking" the phone and resetting the password to the default. They're also charging me a $40 early termination fee. Rip off!
