I was very happy with Ring Central but now after updating my password I can't log in. There's no need to have a special character in the password, that only makes things more difficult.
I tried to reset the password and after trying my security question and not being able to log in either, I chose the "send an email" option but the link only sends me back to the same site.
Please help me get Ring Central back and let us choose an easier password like it was before!!
