I can't open a case

Hello,

Is anybody else having this problem? 

When we try to open a case for support, we get redirected to a login page which then results in returning to success.ringcentral.com (without being logged in). This essentially results in a loop of success.ringcentral.com -> contact support -> open a case -> login -> success.ringcentral.com 

This has being tried on Chrome and Firefox on two different PCs.
