I tried to live with a corded desk phone... I really did. The reality is that I needed the liberation of a cordless, and without a RingCentral provisioned phone, I went out to get one on my own. I ended up with the Gigaset C610, and I'm trying to get it configured.
I've tried piecing together the instructions from this http://www.ringcentral.com/pdf/configuring_cordless_IP_phones.pdf but unfortunately, I'm missing some kind of secret sauce.
My configuration screen:
Authentication name: (from "other setup" configuration from "change phone"" in Phone Details screen)
Username: (ringcentral account login ph#)
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
