Greeting to Extension to Extension?

We've had our Ringcentral for quite some time now. As our business has grown we need to start separating our calls more effectively. The boss (who usually messes around with your system) has now passed it on to me to see if we can make our ringcentral account work better for for our business.

If someone could point me in the direction on how to sort what I need that'd be very helpful.

So this is what i'm looking to happen with the system.

1. A customer would call and they'd then get a greeting message: "Hello Welcome to VPR Trading. Please press 1 for Premier Hot Tubs, Please press 2 for Spy Racing......etc etc". We have multiple businesses, so we need to ensure when a customer called they select the correct department.
However this is the tricky bit that I can't figure out. Once a customer has pressed their option more options would then be provided. "Press 1 for sales, Press 2 for customer support...etc etc". We would then get the call (and message) to say what company they're looking to contact and what department.

2. Once this is set up we need some clever closed settings. Basically sales never technically close. We take orders here after hours. However customer support would be closed. So we'd need certain options open and some to got to Voice mail. Would we need to just disable the the support extensions?

this requires Multi-level IVR, which is not available at this time.
