It seems that when you are trying to make a call using the RingCentral app, you stand a 50/50 chance of having the call connect. This is a problem for everybody in my office. Most of us are using Samsung Galaxy 3's. I see that this is an old issue for a lot of people. I am also tired of hearing the complaints from them and trying to defend RingCentral. When you call RingCentral with real concerns, they are really good at reading from the script and saying how they are going to put it to "level 3." A company as big as RingCentral should not have turn-around times of months and possibly years to fix issues that are so important to its consumer. Any new suggestions on this repeated issue, because i really don't want to call and hear the script read to me again.
