I have had 2 issues in the last few months where calling my RC 1-888 number doesn't actually ring for 30 seconds. This is not a routing/forwarding issue. On April 28 and June 5, 2014 I lost business as when dialing my 1-888 number the call would not connect or even ring for the caller for 33 sec (dead air). Hence they hung up. These outages lasted 1.5 hours the first time and 45 min the second time. Has this happened to anyone else? I can't actually run a business if this happens?
It is not my settings, it is not forwarding delay...the call takes 33 sec to connect and ring on the caller end.
