How to a switch and set up a side-car admin panel on a new phone?

We transferred one of our employees to being our mine admin. We are wanting to switch the side-car panel over to her phone from the other. Could you please send me a tutorial on how to set up a side car on to a phone. Remove it from a phone, and how to edit the extensions attached?
