How do I install the Android and/or iPhone app outside the US?
For some reason you have restricted the installation of your RingCentral app outside the US. Why is that? I work for a US company, have an extension and account, but cannot install the app, simply because I don't live in the US. What's the reasoning for disallowing installations outside the US?

I am sorry you are having this problem. This functionality is currently not available in the RingCentral product. Our product team is considering this enhancements for inclusion in future versions of the product.
This is not a functionality, nor is it an enhancement. It's as simple as logging into your app console (Google Play or iTunes Connect) and toggle a setting. It takes about 5 minutes for each app store.
This is probably a business decision above all. Unfortunately it's a very frustrating decision, but maybe your sales team plans to ask more money for overseas workers?!
