Message and Call History Disappeared

As of today, I can't see any of my Messages or Recent Calls in the Softphone app on windows 7.  Anybody have this issue before?  Any idea how I can get them back?  FYI ... I quit and restarted the app and also did a reboot of my PC but no luck.  Thanks, Dave

I am having the same issue on Windows 8...worked until the last update ( I think I'm right on that), but never had this issue before.

I'm having the same issue...Windows 8, uninstalled, reinstalled RingCentral, checked permissions, everything I could think of, I tried.  Nothing works.  I called RingCentral support and they couldn't help either...imagine that!  If anyone has any suggestions, please let us know.

My softphone worked great on windows 7. Now after last update which I JUST DID YESTERDAY nothing shows up. No calls, No Faxes and Nothing that was on there before. Just blank. I also have tried everything including uninstalling, firewall, admin services etc. Nothing can't get a hold of a real person at Ring Central. I run my own business and without knowing that there is a fax i'm in real trouble. HELPPPPPP!!!!!
