We are only able to get one call in at a time. The other callers are hearing a busy tone. What do I do to fix this ?

We just started to use our new ring central phones yesterday but could only receive one call at a time. Any other caller would hear a busy tone. We have five phones available to take calls and different lines.  We forwarded our old number to the new number, which the old number is the only number our clients would know. They are hearing a busy tone but if we were just to call the new number we can have up to five callers. What should I do to fix this problem?

Your service provider needs to give you additional tunnels for inbound calls. I had the same problem with at&t. Once my number was ported to ring central there was no issue.
