Polycom vx310 line unregistered error when power or network goes out.

I have 10 Polycom vx310 phones and AT&T DSL at our office. About twice a week when we come into the office all the phones have the "X" line unregistered error and it requires multiple reboots of the phones to get them to work. I think either the power is going out or the network connectivity is going out and the phones are not reconnecting or something like that....It's very frustrating. Any suggestions on how to diagnose or fix this?

Hey Chuck!
We have ATT DSL. It's suppose to be 6x1 but speedtest.net is usually 5x .6. It's the standard little black ATT DSL modem. I forgot the model number.

We had a linksys wrt54g v1. I agree this *could* be the issue. I had this router at home before and had problems with it.

Netgear 24 port switch.

I just replaced the Linksys with a TP-Link  TL-R470T+ and I ordered a 2nd DSL line. It's aload balancing router, so I'm hoping that helps with our issue. We have 48 hours of uptime as of now.

Unfortunately, DSL is the only thing available at this location. No Cable or U-Verse.

I'm surprised the phones don't re-establish a connection if its lost without having to manually reboot them..
Any other ideas?
Thanks!
Andrew

I have the same issue, and must admit that it is rather frustrating to have to reboot them to re-establish the connection.

Hello deep,   Sorry for nobody responding sooner. If you are still having problems can you reply back with more details? Is this happening when the power goes out, randomly, etc? What have you tried so far to fix it?

Andrew, this sounds like a router issue to me.  The phones some how are loosing connection to the RC system and loose their registration.

What type of equipment are you using?

Let me know

Thanks
