How do I enter more data in the "to" section of a fax beyond just the fax number? I'm sending the fax from my email.

When I look at the cover sheet, only the fax number shows in the "to" section.  I would like to include the name.

Hello Judi.  I do not see a way to do this directly through email interface.  You can customize your cover page through the softphone.  Here is a good KB article that may help you.

Hi Sean, we did open a new support case per your suggestion (#02795546), however only one of the two problems were addressed and the "fixes" have actually made the problem worse, not better. Any other suggestions on how to get our issues addressed quickly?

Hello Brian.  Not good if your problem has gotten worse.  I checked on the case and it is being escalated.  Sorry for the inconvenience but working with our support is the best approach to identify root cause and correct.
