Where are user passwords?

The users don't seem to have passwords and no mention of them in welcome email.
Knowledgebase says that users have a password field but mine don't
Need these to set up the smartphone app.

Hi Matthew, the welcome mail is where you establish your password, Pin and security question.

EVERY user or Extension has these three items

You could login as the admin and assign passwords or just hit the re-send Welcome e-mail and try again
