My config is Auto Receptionist directs customers to departments. I'm #2 for support. Then we have 2 sometimes 3 people in support. I was originally able to have calls forwarded to my cell with no problems. Now, the phone will ring, I pick up and lose connection. The customers phone keeps playing the music on hold and the phone rings my phone again? Same thing I pick up and it disconnects. Eventually, the customer is sent to the department voicemail.
