Hi Lisa, what do you mean online?  soft phone?

Where will you be working while your space is renovated?

The phones could move almost anywhere

little more info and I could assist

Chuck,

There are 4 phones in the office being renovated. I was just going to store the phones during the renovation. We will all be working from home on our own computers. If none of the phones are set up at our homes, will callers still be able to leave messages on our extensions and will we still be able to call in remotely to check them? We dont really need physical use of the phones during the renovation. I also have the Ring Central app on my iPhone.

Does that help?

Thanks.

Yes, that helps, I was going to say if you are working from home you could bring the phone with you and it will operate just like in the office.

my only concern would be the length of time the phone is disconnected from the system and if anything would happen to the configuration because it is not connected.

If you login with the Iphone app to the same extension and your extension is set to notify your smart phone (Under call handling at the top) then yes you will get calls.

You could always check voice mail remotely

Sounds like you are in good shape
