Hey Guys
I have purchased a German DID +492214670xxxx from FlyNumber and I am trying to configure the settings so that the calls successfully route into RingCentral. Our RingCentral number in UK is 01865959xxx
The issue is that it seems to be trial&error and I haven't yet found anything that works.
There are 3 settings to get right:
1. VoIP protocol: set to "SIP"
2. Host: set to "sip.ringcentral.com"
3. Username/ext: set to "441865959xxx"
I have tried various other usernames: 00441865959xxx, 01865959xxx, 001441865959xxx, 1441865959xxx.
Does anybody know what the settings should be?
