I need to give callers a different message when I'm on the phone as opposed to when I just don't answer the phone. The message stating no one is available to take your call is rude. In the old software I was able to set up different messages stating I am in the office but cant get to the phone or I am in the office and on the phone. That is useful information and is very good for business. This new Ring Central software has less capabilities then the one they had a few years ago.
