How can I look at other team members call lists? When I log in it only shows my own and for monitoring I could do with accessing others?

You need to be an administrator on the system to see other call lists.

That is the only way. Ask your administrator to grant your extension access and you will then see everyone

Hi, Beccy Matthews first you need to be an administrator and know the admin login password to get the access to ring central login and the second way is that you can login using user phone number but you need to know the user login password which created by admin who install ring central for users

Correct on both accounts. If you are the administrator be sure to go into Setting and then click on phone settings and not my settings.
