A couple questions about call transfers

There are two features that my users are asking about and I don't think they're possible, but I would loved to be proven wrong. Is it possible to keep someone live on the line while we dial in a third party? (i.e. not put them on hold while dialing another number for a conference call) Secondly, is it possible to leave a conference call that we have initiated, allowing the remaining members to continue their call?

Hi Tom, in my experience Hosted VOIP or other traditional system in order to join another person to a call the first person always needs to be put on hold  then once the other party is on the line, the JOIN button is pressed and then you have a 3 way call.

As for the conference bridge, I know Participants could leave the call but what happens if the leader hangs up.

Not sure, just try it and see what happens.  I will later on today so I know.

Thanks
