The new softphone will not let us send text messages out as the company number even if logged in as the operator. Where as the app will. We have noticed if you respond to a text message that was sent to the company number it will show the company number. But if you originate the text from the softphone it will show the direct dial number. Has anybody else had this problem and found a fix?
