Need calls to ring co-workers app on cell phone, then my app on cell, then call center if we're both on calls.

All calls are forwarded to main number. Main number is set to ring overnight dispatcher #1 first. If she doesn't answer her line I have it setup to ring to me. Then if i dont answer it rings to call center. Right now if i call the main number it rolls to her app, but if she doesn't answer it goes straight to call center and does not ring the app on my cell at all. It just skips over me. Help??? need answer asap!!
