HOW DO I GET ACTUAL HELP?!?! THIS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE AND NOW MY BUSINESS IS LOSING INCOME. HOW DO I GET IN TOUCH WITH SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND A SUPERVISOR?!?!?!

Hi Katie, visit this page it has all the support phone numbers. You will need to know the security question to gain full access to the account. They will be able to help you out and they are quite good at it. Just keep calm :)

Jake, what is the issue.  

10 hours with support is a long time not to have an issue resolved.

Chuck, I have the issue, not Jake.  There are MANY issues.  I have spoken to 3 different people in support with a lot of finger pointing.  Things are not set up properly and there have been SEVERAL mistakes.  I am beyond frustrated and it is just way too much to type out.  I just want someone who actually knows what they are doing to help me.  Our business is suffering because of the countless mistakes.

Jake, thanks for the suggestion, but I have already spent over 10 HOURS on the phone with support and have gotten NOWHERE!
