polycom 330 is not working with ring central services. Any help on it

All of the sudden my polycom 330 is not working with ringcentral services. The tech is saying they don't any more support 330. This is very strange.,

Old phone,  Time for a new one.  The new phones have so many new features.  How many lines to you have?
