no longer have dedicated phone line for fax; way to still fax in/out? If NO, how do I cancel service? Can't reach anyone by phone!!

Jay, each RC account comes with built in Faxing.

Not sure I understand what you can't do

  None of the faxes we have sent today have gone anywhere - and they do not show in our outbound or sent folders.  They just disappear. We have just signed on with RC. This seems to be an ongoing problem as we had similar issues when we used them a few years ago. Thought for sure they have have this resolved by now.   I can't "speak" with support and their email responses never answer my questions.  I share your frustration.

How are you sending your faxes?

Do many people using this service every day for it flat out not to work
