Hey, I'll be the first!  You can't uninstall their crap after you get it on your computer!  And that's just for firsts!  They designed the program so that you have to keep hitting the same button over and over like a monkey, and nothing happens!  In fact, not only does it not uninstall, it asks you to install more of their crap!  What kind of gig is that!?  Hell, I may start a "RingCentral2.com": and see if I can screw people over as well as these guys!

Also, check this out, then when I tried to post a comment after sending them an email telling them what douche bags they are, they tried to block me off of the site! Wouldn't accept my password that I had just logged in with when they thought I was going to renew.  How is that for fun, huh!?

RingCentral has its drawbacks.  Software development has been slow and the network has experienced severe growth pains at times but overall I must agree that they have persevered through and have a great foundation.  I remember dealing with the old copperline companies and RingCentral is light years ahead of them in customer service, call quality, and innovative features.  And to think they can offer what they do at a mere 20% of what my cellular service runs.

I like Ring Central. Their support is always available, if you can get an English speaking agent. We are now using RC for our office phone and have recently added a toll free number. So far, so good. They could use some modern, American designers for better UX, but the product works well.

I am sorry if you feel that Ring Central is not working for you. RC has been great for us and for the price compared to others. I am getting unlimited faxing for 1/8 th the price as the competition, with all the features and combined that to my mutifunction xerox to do internet faxing. I am saving close to I do not know how much or more per year if I had to have the plain old AT&T line which wants to charge me $75 just to have as most people would say a "reliable" faxing line because we now have a bundled system through the cable company. Do a cost comparison of getting a fax repository setup and special faxing through the internet and you will see that RC is way ahead in competition and cost.

This Ring Central is a gift that keeps on giving.  I just hope that they give everyone the crapp assed, rip off service they gave me!  It's been fun!  We'll see what the AG and the fraud unit at my bank think about it.  That should be a fun deal, huh!  Partayyy!!!
