Where are docs for Professional?

All the online docs, videos, and downloadable PDFs seem to be about RingCentral Office.  Where are the docs for RingCentral Professional?  I have lots of questions about how the concepts and objects.  For example, what's the difference between a direct line and a virtual line?  Can a phone have more than one extension, or an extension more than one phone number?  Is there a 1-to-1 relationship between extension and user?  Etc.

I just noticed there are brief help videos in the right-most column sprinkled throughout the web application.  For example, when you click on Settings -> Phone System -> Users, you'll see a link to a video overview of the Users menu.  So at least there's that.
