new sound before connection when making outbound call

annoying connection sound when making outbound call before ringing on other end, is there any way to change settings to stop sound? I have called support, they said issue started with update two days ago, but it just started for me today. My calls are almost 80% outbound, and very loud and irritating noise.

Yes, we hear the same short music (2sec) every time all our staff make outbound calls.

The tone is not professional.  We operate a law firm and frequently have clients in a conference room while we connect others over the speaker phone.  It is a big deal and we are looking into alternative services to port all of our numbers if we are not provided with an option to turn this tone off. 

This really ought to be fixed ASAP so that we can opt to have this tone or not, otherwise you will loose a loyal customer of 5 years.
