In order to send a fax without a cover sheet by e-mail you must leave the subject line blank. The problem is that with outlook even if you leave the subject line bank it will automatically fill the subject line saying <no subject> and I after lots of research I have not figure out how to go around this issue.
Also I don't understand why it wasn't set up the other way around. When you leave the subject line blank it should include a cover sheet. Since it's extremely difficult to look back into the faxes sent in my e-mail when the subject line is blank.
This is a very bad set up by Ring Central.
