My calls are forwarded from an 877 number to my cell. When I'm on the phone with the first caller and the second caller calls in on Ring central number 877 my first caller is disconnected, they first here music for a few seconds and I have not chance to tell them I have another call. I was told the issue was with my carrier AT*T and I had call waiting to turn it off. I called AT*T and requested this. Then my callers into my ring central when I was on the phone using ring central heard just ringing, no VM! So I called both AT*T and Ring Central back and still not resolution. Remember my original issue was your system was dropping the first caller when the second caller came in. Now I had a second issue. When on the phone with the Ring Central, I received no notification a second caller was calling in and my callers where not being forwarded to VM they just heard ringing. I'm so frustrated with all this and I depend on my sales calls for a living. I am reporting the issues to my corporate office now.
