Hello - my employee is having difficulty dialing. When the number to be called is entered and the Call button is pressed, the phone rings and the system asks me to press 1 if I want the call connected. That has always worked in the past and was working this morning until I was making a call as usual and pressed 1 but the call didnt go through. Instead, the system kept asking me to press 1. Repeated tries didnt get me out of the loop it appears to be experiencing. I tried another number, no joy. I logged out of the application and re-entered the URL, logged in, and tried again, still no joy.
