When an incoming call comes in, I get the prompt to press 1 to accept or 2 to decline. It usually works, but sometimes I press 1 and nothing happens. I press it repeatedly and still nothing, until it hangs up on me. This is on a cell phone, and it has happened to more than one person in our organization when trying to answer a call. I'm not sure if it makes a difference, but we're on a call queue and using Android phones.
