I received an email that my account was suspended as Ring Central tried to charge a brand new credit card that even I had not received or activated yet. As I am asking the CSR questions they kept saying I did it... I didn't even have the new credit card... So I will ask again and very LOUDLY,... Where did Ring Central get this Credit Card information???
I have filed a report with the Police, and I am also going to contact the FBI as this happend across state lines... Man Am I Perturbed... Then the CSR tells my I am out of Minutes... I have unlimited call, faxes, and extensions... WTH are these people up too???
