Types of phone calls question e.g IP Phone Offline etc

Hi guys, just a quick one! On the .csv file you can download to look at the stats of calls, I am a bit confused what all the ring types mean such as Call Accepted, Call Connected etc etc.. Could someone please write what these all mean, if they are inbound/outbound etc so I can chuck it into a FAQ for some of my colleagues?
