How do I backup all our faxes at once?

Bosses want all our faxes backed up, but I see nothing on here about how to do so.There used to be an option to talk with tech support over chat but now I can't find that either...

Dan, I think the best bet is to just save the faxes as they are delivered to an e-mail address.  

There is no backup option on the faxes and RC only keeps faxes on their system for 90 days and then starts deleting the oldest fax as new ones come in.

Saving the PDF file from your e-mail is the best bet right now
