Just moved from our old Nortel BCM phone system to RingCentral. Nortel had a handy feature called "DND on Busy" - this option enabled me to silence incoming calls to an extension if the user was on another line.
My users are complaining that their devices will ring if a second call comes in while they are busy on another line. I haven't been able to find any similar option in the RingCentral system.
Is there any way to send calls directly to voicemail if the user is busy on another call?
