Is it possible to fast forward or rewind voicemail?

1.  Is there a way to fast forward/rewind during a long voicemail message?
2.  Is there a button that can be pressed to skip someone's voicemail greeting?

Thanks

Here are some of the commands when you select  Listen to Messages:

NOTE: The system reads 1st message (Newest to Oldest)
  Dial 1: Repeat the message
Dial 2: Save the message
Dial 3: Erase the message
Dial  4: Return the call
Dial  5: Forward the message to extension
Dial   6: Skip the message (Keeping it new)
Dial * (star sign): Exit message review

None of these allow you to skip part of a long message left.   IE... if you want to FF to the end just to get the phone number.   Is there a way to do that?

One way to fast forward or rewind a voice mail message is to use either the softphone,or mobile app.  After you click the play button you can then click on the progress bar and advance (or rewind) to the desired place.

On our old system you could rewind 3 seconds on the phone.  Is there truly no way to do that?  It's a relatively easy concept to add in Asterisk.  I'm not sure what you guys use as your back end, but i can't imagine this would be difficult to implement.

there are similar options for other SIP voicemail servers.

This would take all of 20 minutes to implement on a test server (including restarts).   What a great and easy implementation win you could have!
