I am trying to dial out an extension but using a pause (*), however the system doesn't seem to recognize the pause and doesn't enter the extension when the number is dialed.
Example: Dialing out(614)222-2222*900 . When the company receptionist answers I would like the 900 extension to be dialed, however it is not.
Does RingCentral use a different symbol for pause? or just doesn't have this feature yet?
