After updating to the new soft phone I have noticed that the caller ID no longer gives the option to be blocked even after choosing the blocked setting on the admin web portal for the specific user.
There is a caller ID setting in the soft phone itself and that seems to over-ride whatever default setting is being used by the web portal. That's fine and all but there is no option to choose dialing out from a blocked number.
Any else find a solution to this ?
