Where is the Print Incoming faxes feature gone in the new Desktop App?

Very seldom have I heard of removing useful features from an App - normally one builds on what you already have ???  We have been recommending Ringcentral.ca fax to MANY of our customers, but the features they were enjoying (print incoming faxes, print directly from Applications etc) have been removed.  Seems like steps backward?  Can we at least gain access to a previous version of the app and avoid upgrading?
