Going on Day 3 Network is down, no dial tone or anything.

Going on Day 3 Network is down, no dial tone or anything. Logged a case with ring central and never received any follow up! What does this mean? My internet is working fine. I have a polycom phone. What do I do?

Phone them using a non-Voip phone to their 800 number
