question

I am trying to set the outbound caller id through the RingOut API as described here:   https://service.ringcentral.com/ringoutapi/, but the value I pass in gets ignored.  I can only change the Outbound caller Id through the website, which isn't ideal for what we are trying to accomplish.

I did notice that passing in a random number (not one associated with my account) will throw an error, so it looks like the data I am passing in is being processed to an extent. 

If this is a known issue, is there an eta for a fix?
