Overlapping RC Call and RC Meeting.

Funny thing happened to us today. Two men were on an RC phone call in the office. A third woman was starting an RC Meeting. She shared her screen and waited for the other party to show up. When the other person joined the RC Meeting, she suddenly started hearing the phone call, NOT the person who joined the meeting.  We had to stop her meeting and re-start it and it was fine.

This does indeed sound strange. If something this ever happens again try to capture as much information as possible, phone numbers, extensions, time of day, etc and report that to us using this link:  Open a Case
