iPhone App Not Dailing Out

My boss uses RC app on his iPhone to make outgoing calls, and out of the blue, all numbers he attempts to call today are routed to our company's main number.  What is going on?  He hasn't changed any settings.  Please help!

Edit:  It only dials out when he's connected to the office WIFI, but when using the cell phone's 3G/4G network, all outgoing calls are routed to the main number.  PLEASE PLEASE HELP!

Sorry for nobody responding here as this is almost a month old. Are you still having a problem with the outgoing calls?
