Caller ID information is missing from the subject line of all fax notifications since 11/12/14
For example it used to be like this:
"New Fax Message from TX HLTHCARE N&B (214) 887-0245 on 11/12/2014 at 02:58 PM"
Now it's like this:
"New Fax Message from (954) 545-4095 on 11/13/2014 at 02:15 PM"
