Our setup is as follows: We have 5 lines, they are all Polycom 650. We have the rules set up so that if any phone rings, it will ring all phones simultaneously.
I turned on Presence on all phones. When a user makes an outbound call, it shows the user with a red light on the other phones. This is correct functionality.
However, when an inbound call comes in, let's say User #1 picks up the phone. It doesn't show the red light for User #1 that they are busy.
