Trouble Porting

I am trying to set up porting my number from Sprint. I have triple checked all the information including my account number. But I keep getting an error message that my account number does not match. I don't know what else to do.

Hi Lisa, when exactly during the process are you getting this error?

Also, there is a direct line to the porting department

Ring Central Number Porting is at  888-898-4591 option 4.

We could help if we knew when this error pops up

After I have entered all of my information on the Transfer My Existing Number
Account Confirmation page.  When I click on next that is when the message appears.
