Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 1.0 MiB each and 10.0 MiB total.

When you log into your account, just click Messages > Sent Items, and then place a checkmark in the box shown  which will select all. Or just check the individual message you wish to delete.  Then just click the Delete button above the check box.
